October 26-28 2007 Camp Talooli held its first ever Fall Family Camp Weekend. Although the turnout was small, we had a great weekend and look forward to more opportunities where we can bring families together to experience what Camp Talooli has to offer. Below you will find pictures from Fall Family Camp 2007. Families Began the weekend by working together to create a Family Flag
After breakfast "Ranger" Jeff talks about what families will be doing for the weekend, how to stay safe at camp, and what the plans will be if it rains.
Parents and Talooli staff work with the children to bake snacks for lunch and to make homemade applesauce for our Harvest Dinner.
Rain keeps us indoors for most of the day, but no worry, we have plenty of art projects to keep us busy. Parents and children design and make clay pens to take home with them.
The rain clears for a little while and the families head out to try their luck at archery. Both parents and children alike have fun with bows and arrows.
In the afternoon, as the rain holds off yet again, families choose between going boating or going out to Talooli's Tall Pines Team Challenge Course.

Before dinner the families take part in a family pumpkin carving contest. Each family gets a pumpkin to carve which is then judged by Talooli staff.
After the pumpkin carving contest the sun came out and the families headed outside to take some family photographs by Lake Temalo.
After dinner families gather behind Duff to enjoy a campfire, s'mores, and lighting of the pumpkins. Each Family also launched a wishboat onto the lake.
